This fully air conditioned two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is situated in the tranquil Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, it is 2km from Vale do Lobo and 3km from Quinta do Lago. The apartment has cable TV in the lounge and both bedrooms with over 70 channels including most of the English programmes

The air conditioning units can be switched to heat and there are oil filled radiators in all the rooms for winter lets.

The apartment is around a 15 minute drive from Faro Airport, and is only a 7 minute walk to the beach. There is a resident’s 25 metre swimming pool and Children’s pool with sun lounges a 5 minute drive away.

There is an International Water Park and 7 golf courses within 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Bar and snacks are available from 11am until 6pm.

Rental rates for the apartment are as follows:

June £400 per week / July £500 per week / August £650 per week / September £400 per week / October to May £250 per week
